Like you, we know what it’s like to want your home and boat to be ready the moment you arrive. We built Emerald Coast Concierge Management because we’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be to keep up with second homes, boats, and assets from a distance. With Paige’s background in real estate, Jake’s maritime experience, and our own hands-on work flipping homes and managing our personal rental property, we understand both the challenges and rewards of ownership. That’s why we created a service focused on giving property owners true peace of mind, knowing their investments are protected, maintained, and always ready to enjoy.
